july is flying by....

it's been a busy last few weeks. i cannot believe that july is half over already. i have been working hard trying to get my classroom ready for school. my mom and my brother have been wonderful in helping me organize my room and taking care of my kids while i get things situated. it's coming along, but i am starting to flip out a little bit about all of the planning and actual teaching work i have to do. i'm so overwhelmed. i know it will all come together though and i'll look back and wonder why i stressed out so much. i have also been very busy trying to get ready for the garage sale we are having this weekend with the Sellecks. i have 7 trash bags full of kenley's clothes to sell along with other baby things some some other random stuff. it's crazy how many clothes we've gone through in almost 2 years. I saved some of my favorite outfits, and there were several more that i really wanted to hold onto, but i decided to just let them go. I have pictures of her in the outfits so that's good enough :) it will be nice to free up some space in the closets!

kenley has been wearing my high heel shoes around the house and likes to carry around her purse. the other day i had to take some things back to walmart so i decided to see if i could find some dress up stuff for kenley. we ended up getting dress up shoes, bracelets, necklaces, and a tiara that lights up all for about $7. she had lots of fun when we got home :)

jarrett loves attention. it's so cute and heartwarming to see how much his face lights up when we talk to him and play with him. he puts on the biggest smiles and jabbers away. he is always chewing on his hands and he tries to stick his whole fist in his mouth. here are a few great pics i took of him yesterday while kenley was napping.
